Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ayu138" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the ayu138 online betting and casino platform, accessible at ayu138.cam, and any associated mobile or application-based interfaces operated under the same brand.
• "You" / "Player" / "Member" / "User" — refers to any individual who registers an account with ayu138, accesses the platform, or otherwise uses any service offered by ayu138.
• "Account" — the registered personal account created by a Player on the ayu138 platform, used to manage balances, place bets, and access games.
• "Balance" — the total funds currently held in a Player's ayu138 account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player's account that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process ayu138 uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and residency before processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default operational timezone for ayu138's customer service, payment processing windows, and promotional schedules.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory from which access to or use of the ayu138 platform is explicitly restricted by applicable law or ayu138's internal compliance policies.
• "Sporting Event" — any live, pre-match, or virtual sporting competition made available for betting on the ayu138 sportsbook platform.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the ayu138 Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and ayu138 governing your use of the platform.

By completing the registration process on ayu138, clicking any "I Agree" or "Accept" confirmation, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• Agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein;
• Are not acting on behalf of any third party;
• Are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate applicable local laws.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with ayu138, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not hold a player account.
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative on behalf of any third party. All bets must be placed for your own personal account only.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by ayu138 or any other licensed gaming operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close associate of ayu138 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

ayu138 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time during a Player's membership. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, ayu138 may suspend or permanently close the relevant account pending investigation.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the ayu138 platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or shared payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued national identity card (KTP), date of birth, valid contact email address, and active Indonesian mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ayu138 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate password security. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately via in-app live chat.

4.4 Account Ownership

An ayu138 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any funds within it to any third party.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ayu138 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

5.1 Required Documents

You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport;
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document;
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of BCA / BRI / BNI / Mandiri mobile banking showing your name and account number);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months, where applicable.

5.2 Verification Timelines

ayu138 endeavors to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of submission during WIB business hours. During high-volume periods — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day — processing times may be extended to 48–72 hours. You will be notified by email upon approval or if additional documents are required.

Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ayu138 accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be returned to the originating account, subject to processing fees charged by the relevant financial institution.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via BI-FAST enabled bank accounts and supported e-wallets are typically credited to your ayu138 balance within 1–5 minutes. Manual bank transfers processed outside BI-FAST windows may take up to 30 minutes. ayu138 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.

6.4 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' bank accounts or shared e-wallets — are prohibited. Where a third-party origin is detected, ayu138 reserves the right to freeze the relevant funds pending investigation.

Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to verified Players who have completed the KYC process outlined in Clause 5. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals. ayu138 reserves the right to request re-verification at any time, including where a significant period has elapsed since initial verification.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.

7.3 Processing Time

ayu138 targets a withdrawal processing benchmark of under five minutes for standard bank transfer and e-wallet withdrawal requests. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional security checks are triggered. ayu138 will notify the Player by in-app message if a withdrawal is subject to extended review.

7.4 Withdrawal Method Consistency

Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. ayu138 operates this policy to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. Where the original method is unavailable, the Player must contact support to arrange an alternative — subject to additional KYC verification.

7.5 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply per account tier. VIP tier members benefit from enhanced withdrawal limits as detailed in the ayu138 VIP program terms. Standard withdrawal limits are communicated in the Player's account dashboard.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

ayu138 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry of any remaining bonus balance.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

ayu138 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting strategies designed to satisfy rollover requirements with minimal risk, collusion between multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of free-bet mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, ayu138 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from abused bonuses, and permanently restrict the account.

8.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The ayu138 welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method applies. Players who have previously held an account under any name or identity are not eligible for new-member promotional offers.

Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ayu138 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, sport, or game type. These rules are accessible within the platform interface for each product. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

9.2 Sports Betting

ayu138 offers pre-match and live in-play betting across a broad range of sporting events, with particular coverage of Indonesian football including BRI Liga 1 fixtures involving clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and PSM Makassar, as well as international competitions including the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures in the Piala AFF and FIFA World Cup qualification.

Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) betting is available on all supported football markets. A minimum of two selections is required for a mix parlay slip. All legs must win for the accumulator to return a payout. One or more void legs may reduce the accumulator payout in accordance with the published parlay void rules.

Handicap markets — including Asian handicap and voor bola (Indonesian-market goal handicap) formats — are settled according to official match results as published by the relevant governing body. ayu138 uses trusted data feed providers for live match data and final result confirmation.

9.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games on ayu138 are supplied by internationally recognized studio partners including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Pocket Games Soft. All live dealer operations are subject to the rules of the relevant game as explained at the table. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand or round, the game result will be determined by the platform's server records, which are treated as the authoritative record.

9.4 Slots & RNG Games

9.6 Bet Cancellation & Void Policy

ayu138 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including: obvious pricing errors, corruption or match-fixing suspicion notified by recognized integrity bodies, event cancellation without rescheduling within 48 hours, and technical errors causing incorrect odds to be displayed. Voided bets will have their full stake returned to the Player's account balance.

Responsible Gaming

ayu138 is committed to promoting safe and responsible wagering behavior. We provide all registered Players with access to a suite of self-management tools, available at no cost through the account settings panel, including:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits;
• Loss limits — thresholds beyond which further wagering is restricted until the limit period resets;
• Session time limits — automatic session termination after a defined period of continuous play;
• Reality check notifications — on-screen prompts displayed at regular intervals during active sessions;
• Self-exclusion — temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent exclusion from the ayu138 platform, processed immediately upon request.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ayu138 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action as appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written authorization from ayu138;
• Exploiting technical bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through the ayu138 platform;
• Colluding with other Players, insiders, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the platform;
• Placing bets on events in which you have insider knowledge, a conflict of interest, or a direct personal involvement;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing ayu138 staff, support agents, or other users of the platform;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures through re-registration or use of a third party's account;
• Reselling, transferring, or commercializing any ayu138 account, balance, or promotional benefit.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the ayu138 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, written content, game graphics, audio assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ayu138 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ayu138 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial wagering and gaming purposes. This license does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any ayu138 content without prior written consent from ayu138's management team.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ayu138 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the ayu138 platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services;
• Losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes, including jackpot failures or game malfunctions;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain password security;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party banks or e-wallet providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja;
• Loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill resulting from your use of the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, ayu138's maximum aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by ayu138

ayu138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to ayu138;
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity;
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require account closure.

14.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your ayu138 account at any time by contacting our support team via in-app live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal compliance policies of ayu138. ayu138 operates under international licensing and regulatory oversight. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an admission that online gambling is legally permitted in any specific jurisdiction, including Indonesia. It is each Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the ayu138 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence before registering an account.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be resolved through ayu138's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance, with escalation to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules where resolution cannot be reached internally within 30 days.

Amendments

ayu138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ayu138 will notify registered Players via in-app notification or email to the address registered on their account at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the ayu138 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
